She won the case.

Not to be too particular, but he was not found liable for rape. Even a New York jury didn't believe her rape claim.  He was found liable for "sexual abuse."  So as much as she won part of the case, she lost on the part that people are running with--rape.

The jury believed that a preponderance of the evidence showed that she was sexually abused but that a preponderance of the evidence did not show that she was raped. Carroll testified and then her two friends who she told immediately afterwards all testified, and it was unclear as to New York law which is very specific whether she was penetrated by Trumps penis or something else. Not really a win for him.[/quote]
