Unless he’s mature enough to form criminal intent, you can’t prosecute and it is typically presumed that the age at which that becomes possible is seven. People can sue the parents but it’s Richmond and you might not see gun outrage. Plus what lawyer wants to sue the parents when they won’t recover anything? [/quote]
