I think it’s this. They were burning all the servants since they don’t know who the mole was, per Larys. And yes Alicent clearly knew about the foot fettish and had participated before. Obviously she’s disgusted, but thinks she needs Larys.[/quote]

It’s the white worm’s balcony. Same one as the end of previous episode. Larys said he would take out the “queen bee”, disrupting the web Otto benefits from giving her the upper hand. They locked up those servants who knew about the kings death so word would not get out before they finished plotting the ursurp.[/quote]
