Vaccines aren't necessary to removing masks - schools are mask optional throughout the US and Europe without any problems. And requiring vaccines is just saying "poor kids have to keep wearing masks" (sounds similar to people who like their service staff masked at restaurants and stores, like a modern day caste system).

Considering 1/3 of parents of 5 to 11 year olds are getting them vaccinated at this time, this is just a way for the "mask forever" crowd to throw up more roadblocks. At the FDA hearing, they don't even know if vaccinating that age group would reduce transmission at all.

Help is on the way for our kids on January 15th!  Can't wait for Governor Youngkin to free us from these child masking rules that are appealing to those most irrational people in this area (like Smart Restart).[/quote]
