[/quote] They should just require it for county facilities (to maximize protection for their employees and the public using those facilities) and make it recommended everywhere else. Not everything has to be a rule. It's fair for them to make rules for their own buildings (and not difficult to move back and forth). Businesses should get to choose elsewhere.[/quote]
