Exactly. To those claiming that he had no right to videotape her in a public place, have you ever seen TMZ or YouTube? Funny how we forget reality when we're trying to make a case for someone.

Yes, it is legal to videotape someone in a public area without their consent. It happens all the time and I'm sure you've never questioned it before when it's for your entertainment purposes.[/quote]
