For example, BRYC and McLean's boys ECNL teams (i.e., their top teams) will play almost all of their away games against teams based in North and South Carolina. One would think there are better ways to "develop" players without subjecting them to multi-hour weekly travel to places like, Greenville, Cornelius, Greensboro, Wilmington, Raleigh, Columbia.
