He lacks the most basic information to make an assessment regarding classification. Is the expectation that there will be an evidentiary presentation snd mini-trial as to each document and photograph, with witnesses from the intelligence community explaining the basis for classification? And what evidence could TFC possible adduce in rebuttal? The only alternative would be to decide whether Trump had the power of transubstantiation when it came to classified documents. TFG will offer the testimony of Kash Patel to the effect that he waved his hands in the air and repeated “declassified” three times while hopping on his left foot. It’s absurd. [/quote]
