[/quote] In a later press conference that is on YT the FFPD spokeswoman clarified that they believed he was known to Christine but that the investigation was ongoing. At this point there has been talk of the convo btw. JR and BB possibly involving a voice change app or similar so I think it's possible he was "known" to BB pretending to be CB.
