No, I'm not. One of the major questions in the report, which is the topic of the discussion, is what to do about the underrepresentation of black and Hispanic kids in the application magnets. Since the report is explicitly talking about race and ethnicity, it is not possible to discuss the report without talking about race and ethnicity.[/quote]
