Arlington has had 3 coaches over the past 3 years. When different coaches are identifying the same group/player as their strongest, then it seems like the “club” has spoken.

That is the picture everywhere. The clubs do show their chosen ones early on. However, you also use them for games. You pay so your DD does some team trainings and play competitive games in a structured environment. Development? I am not sure about that. [/quote]
