They like me plump, I guess?! When I had my televisit I stressed that my main reason for seeking a referral for the endocrinologist was for weighloss…that I have fasting insulin resistance and that losing weight has been a frustrating uphill battle. She certainly did not offer any solutions; instead she wondered how to word the referral so that I would not get turned away…which I did anyway.  :?

My PCP brought it up before I could even ask and told me about the savings card (coupon) for it.  Try asking your PCP if anyone in the practice has patients on Mounjaro or Wegovy.

You can also use telehealth providers. My FB group recommends Alpha.[/quote]
