I can’t believe we are on page 22 of this. Of course men prefer skinny women. I’m a nanny in Beverly Hills and pretty much all the moms are skinny with fake boobs, fillers, and no job or life skills. I might just be a nanny, but at least I can support myself and don’t need a butt implant to do so. Seeing how these women have to live their lives is very sad. My boss doesn’t eat breakfast or lunch, only dinner, and has bad breath all day long from lack of food. Her computer history is on the kids iPads and sometimes I have to go in there to find old art projects the kids want to do, and I saw on Valentine’s Day she was googling vibrators. What a way to live. I’d rather be fat and have a man who loves me for who I am.
I'm sad for people who think there's something wrong with vibrators.
Nothing wrong with a vibrator but googling one at 9pm while your husband is at ‘work’ is kind of sad, but that’s the life you choose when you marry for money
My DH doesn't make a lot of money and still regularly work past 9pm. I think it's a personal actualization thing to have high sense of ownership in his chosen field (think Japanese work culture). While it's certainly not too ideal, but it's not the worst trait to have.
NP but I think the point from nanny's post is that these women in general have their life revolve around staying skinny and attractive, including getting surgeries and skipping meals, for a husband who is too busy to be at home by 9pm on Valentine's day (either because of too much work or other reasons). It's the whole context and I agree with the nanny. It's better to be financially independent and be with a man who will be somewhat considerate of you than be with a rich man who is too busy for you and has expectations that you are always striving to attain/keep. Obviously this is a choice. If the woman goes in to this knowing what she is going to get, good for her as long as her emotions don't get in the way.
+1000000000
Still rather be the wife than the nanny
You do you. Just make sure you are covered when you get a divorce.
Half of a lot is still a lot
