She is claiming that they didn't tell her it was ASD. What did she think them saying brain damage was?

We will never know the truth.  She said in this article he's great kid who doesn't need much care.  He had a brain tumor or damage.  Of course he needed much more care.  He also needed significant therapies and support, which she choose not to do.
