The best teams per age group will win out in NOVA...not necessarily any particular club. The talent will look to consolidate themselves. The better kids will look to get on the best team possible during their recruitments years. With the newly published NCAA rules, the 10th grade year for girls is the most important. Next year it will be the 04s getting the looks.

The better 04 (rising u16) teams will be getting to looks of "free agents" starting May 1. This is when the consolidation happens.

In a good senerio, a player can get both.

Maybe what I should have said was players will be looking to get on the best team possible where they can play and contribute will obtaining meaningful minutes.
