Whats score of yt vs madison
8-7 Madison.
Any score update?
That was the final
Not quite as close as it would appear tho Madison was up by 3 with 3 mins left.
Agree; Madison appeared to be in control with 4 mins left. But despite winning the draw and having an opportunity to run the time down, then they chose to shoot, and then double-fouled the Yorktown attacker to give the Patriots an easy 2-man up goal. After that, they proceeded to win the draw, and instead of stalling, shoot again, and give up a goal on the other end. Madison won the draw again (nice work by their LSM) and still didn't run an effective stall, giving Yorktown one last chance after a tripping foul with 22 seconds left. D held up a man down for the one goal win. I would imagine that they will want to clean up the end of game strategy for states.
How is this a “master class”? It sounds like very bad coaching!
Dude you can’t have higher than a 70 IQ😂
If the previous write up was accurate- and how Madison played out the end of the game- it was a total failure of coaching, like the last guy said. Or, the players just ignored everything they should have been taught and coach failed in benching them. Did the game play out as was posted?
We have multiple Einsteins online tonight. The masterclass was holding Yorktown to 7. Madison’s talent is good, but coaching takes them to the level they can shut down elite offenses again and again. But yes, let’s ignore that and focus on a couple of individual players mistakes! -Madison won a game where they were largely outgunned talent wise. That usually is a sign of good coaching.
