I watched the disappeared episode on her on the ID network. I noticed that quite a few missing people on the show "Maura" included IMO seem to have " snapped " and had a mental break. I wish someone would explain what that looks like because to me it appears that the missing people that snapped on the show seemed to have almost just ran themselves to death. They simply walked away and kept walking until they fell to the ground and died. At least that is how I process what happened to so many of those missing people that had mental breakdowns before they went missing. [/quote]

There is a similar case in Fort Bragg, California. Kristi Krebbs most likely had a mental break and went missing after running off the road.
