Misusing the plain meaning of words doesn't help anything.  An arrest by law enforcement may be legal, or illegal.  It may be justified or not.  It may be based on a warrant or upon probable cause.  What is not is "kidnapping", by definition.   If you redefine words to suit your politics, you simply reveal yourself as unserious, deluded, hysterical, and flat-out unbelievable.  [/quote]
