For people saying places like Vegas, Miami or even Cancun. You have to manage your expectations when going to these places. These are heavy touristy places and thats what they cater to. But what I will say is that I feel like you have to go get to know these places and find your "jam" - after you've been a few times you find your favorite places to go, fave restaurants, activities etc. Can't really get that in 1 visit. Same with NYC. Yes its crowded, parts are dirty etc. But NYC also has 8 million people what do you expect? The food and culture and diversity in NY is unparalleled hands down. Anyone would say Brooklyn is soulless has no idea what they're talking about and was probably there for a couple hours max.[/quote]
