Which candidates ran on a campaign of "we won't enforce any laws!" Was there some ballot referendum on zero enforcement? Which recent DC candidates did we fail to vote for, who were compelling, credible, electable, and had a solid campaign to take serious steps to reduce crime? How exactly did I vote for this?[/quote]
