Our volunteer requirements are something like 28 hours a season--that volunteer fee would be $400 at least ($15 an hour rate). [/quote] And a babysitter to cover childcare to work those hours is $25/hr, so paying to get out of it is better than getting childcare so that the hours can be covered. [/quote]
