I'm asking whether it could have been made to come down more slowly so we could recover MORE stuff.[/quote] I highly doubt there is much on there worth recovering, but unless there was a parachute associated with the "sensitive stuff" gravity would do its job either way, unless you thought they should have flown an aircraft through the falling debris to try to recover it in mid air.[/quote]
