This book banning thing has been going on for decades and now all of a sudden it's a massive issue for some people. The media loves sheep who go along with whatever the latest grievance is.[/quote]

He is pandering to his base and you are being triggered by his ridiculousness. It's a few counties in one state, so it's not the end of the world. There will be another culture war topic pushed by the media in the next few months and this one will fade away. Remember the bathroom drama not that long ago. Or the pronoun craze that nobody even understands? These are not important issues when you think about real problems like Russia, national debt, aging population, etc. Also, this site very much censors opposing views, so it's quite ironic. [/quote]
