Especially since these students are more likely to have to seek out extraordinary opportunities to learn outside of the standard curriculum. 2) Students who chose not to attend a MS magnet or did not even attend MCPS have entered the HS applicant pool. 3) Teacher recommendations play a role and magnet teachers who see 100 students a year and 1000+ in a career may not be as impressed with your child.[/quote]
