The coaches he's bringing are taking the jobs of current SYC coaches and they will be finding different clubs to go to. Those families will be going out of [b]their[/b] way to follow coaches.  Also, the SYC top players are supposed to play in CCL2 for a year with the promise of playing in CCL the following year? What hyper competitive NOVA parent is going to agree to that? Your delusions can be treated by medicine and therapy. The future of your club rests on the ability of your TD to bring over players from another club. Nobody at SYC seems to think anyone is going to leave. Your parents and players see the shameless recruiting and they will be ready to walk at the end of the season. 0 commitment to development, 0 commitment to your players, and 100% commitment to posting as much on any media platform that lets you.
