Not saying they aren't legitimately good coaches, but let's be realistic here. He's not actually attracting coaches away from other clubs; he's just taking care of his chums. He went around the CCL clubs lobbying them to let SYC in by saying he's going to steal their best coaches and teams/players, and make it LMVSC at SYC.
