I’m sure the influx of talent will raise the level of the teams eventually but I would not assume taking kids from top teams will instantly translate into league dominance. Team chemistry takes time and the style of play will be an adjustment for some kids if they are used to a more physical style.  Barca coaches advance teams and players when they comprehend and follow their methodology not necessarily the ones scoring all the goals.
