Perhaps the problem with this whole thread is the word "prestigious", which means different things to different people and is not very objective. If it would have started with "Is UVA a relatively highly-ranked university?", an answer of "Yes, it is in the top 10% of the 311 national universities ranked in USNews" might have settled it.[/quote]
