[/quote] Usually, at Valor tryouts the first team kids are grouped together, second team kids together, and then a field or area for all the rec kids and lower team kids jumbled together. They may move a kid up to a different field but not down during the tryouts. They are rating kids on an app. They barely watch the bad field. [/quote]
