I’m saying the most amazing coaches will not wield any significant results for a 3rd-5th team.

Sure, we would hope the kids who have potential will improve.   But most of the kids will not.  That’s the natural process of sports.  Parents just don’t want to face reality that maybe they’re kids are just not meant for this sport or any other sport. [/quote]
At U8-U11/U12 give me a break.  3rd + teams at these age are mostly fall birthdays you know the youngest in the age group.  A good coach for them just like a first team with all Q1 players will improve.  This mentality is garbage.  [/quote]

When they change over to SY next year, we’ll see if your position is correct.   But everyone has seen kids that are just not going to be in an advanced level, much less an elite, in a given sport.  If you can’t realize this you’re a victim of the false narrative that everyone is born with equal traits. [/quote]
