Should be Gabriel, Eric Lewis and a new coach named Mallory (she was helping with the Valor Lite)
How do you know this?
My daughter plays in the age group and I asked Gabriel

Only one of the current U11 boys coaches is leaving Valor. He is a good coach and the kids were sad about it. He has been with younger boys for several years. He didn't say where he is going.
All coaches are young and inexperienced at some time in their career. It makes sense that they start at younger ages and lower teams. I don't think you'll find too many great coaches with 15 years of experience who want to take a U9 fourth team. That's just the reality. It does not mean that they don't know the game, it just means they're young.

They hire coaches with zero experience for those teams and then the coaches quit and leave after every season. Sometimes between fall and spring. They pay those coaches less than the gold team coaches also.
I’m saying the most amazing coaches will not wield any significant results for a 3rd-5th team.
Sure, we would hope the kids who have potential will improve. But most of the kids will not. That’s the natural process of sports. Parents just don’t want to face reality that maybe they’re kids are just not meant for this sport or any other sport.
At U8-U11/U12 give me a break. 3rd + teams at these age are mostly fall birthdays you know the youngest in the age group. A good coach for them just like a first team with all Q1 players will improve. This mentality is garbage.

if you paid attention, next year's coaches were looking at players during academy sessions and during some practices.

that's about average for U12 tryouts.
