Why do people keep mentioning the Cassie video? Diddy was not on trial for what he did on the video. The video showed that Diddy isn't a good guy, and that he may have history for domestic violence but he wasn't on trial for the video.[/quote]

Right, I’m the original pp they were talking to. The norm for the prostitution charge for which diddy was found guilty is bail while awaiting sentencing and a low security camp like facility if the sentencing ends up requiring time (most get probation). Diddy is currently in a much higher security facility (i.e worse facility) than he should be based on the charge. The judge is keeping him there for 90 days while awaiting sentencing by relying on facts that weren’t relevant to the charge. [b]The dv video is not related to the transportation for prostitution charge. [/b]If you’re just looking at the law itself, it’s an abuse of process. [/quote] It didn't have to be.[/quote]
