He gained a sense of self with his biker dress up buddies. It was more fun and rewarding than the same mundane sermons and church stuff. So…. Drinking, riding, hangin with the boys became his outlet. Their marriage was in autopilot. A cute girl here or there gives him attention and before you know it, he’s drowning his guilt in booze or possibly pills and the spiral begins.
