Right now it's just a parcel of land that is assessed at slightly less than $700K, and the owner is offering to build a mansion for an additional $1.5M. So that's $2.2M miminum. Who knows what they were proposing to build for $3.7M at some point - probably another mini-Versailles. It is amazing that 3.4 acres in Great Falls is now worth about as much as a teardown on .25/acre in parts of Falls Church or the less expensive parts of McLean, but the owner can probably sell the land if there are no takers.
