She was trying to say that Asian and White students are taking magnet spots away from Black and Brown children. The spots are merit base and you have to apply. You don’t apply, you don’t get a spot. You don’t have the scores, you don’t get the spot. How is she magically going to raise the scores and make parents apply? [/quote]
