He left before the model rolled in, and that model rolled in with 3-steps, one or two new programs every year. With that, the school bus system collapsed which made the news. Now residents have to opt in for school bus with a spring deadline. If you move in in summer or make decisions later on, you aren’t allowed to ride school bus. The quality of those programs is still not assessed yet.[/quote]
