They learn to adapt to the new leadership or they go find a new job. Do you think your school is the first place that ever hired a new leader where there were some people that didn’t like that leader? It happens every day. Nobody is going to be liked by everybody. And yes, some leaders are not warm and fuzzy. Some leaders are difficult to work for. Employees will often leave a job because they don’t like the new leader. But it’s your hubris that you think you can save the institution on an anonymous chat board from the person who has been put in charge by the board of trustees , that I find to be childish and destructive behavior.
