Because you are one of those employees that has been terribly aggrieved? I have no connection to your school and I also know that This is a hard thing to hear, but when a new leader comes in if you don’t like their style, you can leave.  I have worked for people that I didn’t like.  I learned to adapt to them or I left.
But instead, you come here to grind the ax and try to gin up all sorts of resentment, because you think that the head should leave. And the anonymity you enjoy here is empowering. This is  a very obvious pattern that we’ve seen countless times when a new head arrives in this city.  I for one find it to be the worst behavior. [/quote]
