Sometimes it's good to shake this up a bit and bring in some new talent. Also, the grass isn't always greener. Many schools will all have the same problems. I blame parents for not disciplining their kids. Kids talk back to teachers. Parents - your kid should never talk back to the teacher and should do what they are told. A classroom is not a democracy.[/quote]

The applicant pool will be completely dried up by July. The teachers at my school that are leaving but staying in teaching already have new jobs. Teacher hiring starts in March with the peak being May/ June, by July most experienced teachers are snatched up, by August it’s the stragglers like people with poor references or non renewed from their last school. If you’re lucky you will get someone who had to move last minute.[/quote]
