[/quote] Sometimes it's good to shake this up a bit and bring in some new talent. Also, the grass isn't always greener. Many schools will all have the same problems. I blame parents for not disciplining their kids. Kids talk back to teachers. Parents - your kid should never talk back to the teacher and should do what they are told. A classroom is not a democracy.[/quote]
