(I suspect that he has created a bubble where no-one is allowed to criticize him.) If I were an employee at SpaceX or another Musk-owned company, I would look for another job. But before quitting I might write a letter criticizing Musk, (knowing full-well that Musk is within his rights to fire me). As an investor, I would stay away from Musk-owned companies.
