Fearmongering?

It does sound like a huge safety hazard to have something of this size come in without any way to contain the traffic and safety implications it will bring to this part of DC.  Your materials are severely outdated, aren't they?  Where is the 661 page CTR they submitted with figures from early 2013? 2014?  That is scary!

The health clinic is over 14,000 square feet - no where near the same one on their current campus.  Please refresh your materials or just remove the smoke.
