[/quote] Maybe the city should stop allowing out of city people from reserving the fields in Welsh and Woodlry Garden Parks? I mean, they’re city parks after all. I walk my dog past Welsh Park and see people with DC and VA plates all the time. Way more than you would expect. Then there’s the people that don’t live in the City but live in the County that use the park and don’t pay city taxes.[/quote]
