Her mother drew up the will FIVE years ago & that's plenty... PLENTY of time to consider, ponder, FEEL GUILTY about what she was doing... clearly, she did NOT.

Also, there's an executor listed on every will, so somebody else knew that Larla was getting this for the past 5 years, as well.

She was of SOUND mind when she drew up the will & of SOUND mind when she died, Thelma made the decision to do what she wanted with THELMA'S house.

The fact that you keep repeating yourself that somehow Mary should be the beneficiary is laughable & sounds like you're projecting some of your own feelings or family issues onto Larla.  [/quote]
