I think her team should’ve dropped the case after Baldoni‘s lawsuit was tossed. They could have generated some really good headlines, and spun Justin as the loser. Led with the fact that his case had no merit, but that they didn’t want to continue with months and months of trial preparation and that Blake just wanted to move on or something and blame how society treats women who take the stand and so on and so forth. That would’ve been at least an out and saved them from this latest text and email dump that her team must have told her would not be allowed to remain sealed? I know they tried that, but that had to have been a long shot. Not to mention all these months of legal fees.

By now they could be turning the narrative and focusing on rebuilding her image. Instead they are in this holding pattern where they can’t start a new story until after the trial. [/quote]
