Biden will get his bills passed, 5-11 kids will get vaxxed, people will be happy and Biden’s approval numbers will soar. Talk of GOP retaking the House in 2022 is wishful thinking. Calm down, folks.
You still don't get it, do you?
Get what? Biden will now have an excuse to move back to the cevter, which is where he wanted to be anywhere. Silver lining for him here.
There’s no evidence he wanted to be in the center. The minute he walked in the door he handed control of the agenda over to the left and progressives.
There is no evidence that he wants to be anywhere. He's accomplished precisely nothing, which in and of itself is an accomplishment for a president whose party controls both chambers of congress
DP. He pulled us out of Afghanistan, the first president to do so. And he's told everyone that we will defend Taiwan, also the first president to do so.
I'm not sure democrats are wise to run on the Afghanistan withdrawal as a signature accomplishment, and defending Taiwan is an empty promise and everyone knows it. Taiwan is a short flight from multiple Chinese airfields and in range of god knows how many missile batteries. If they invade all any president could do is strongly protest at the UN.
I'm not a Democrat and no, those don't have anything to do with Virginia and education. But PP said that he has accomplished nothing, and that's incorrect. I was pointing that out.
How about I rephrase, he's accomplished nothing that that he can remotely call an accomplishment without inducing laughter. He's accomplished nothing that democrats can run on in 2022. He's accomplished nothing that he will be able to run on in 2024. He may not get a single piece of legislation that he can call an accomplishment. Trump got a massive reworking of the tax code. Obama got the ACA. Even Clinton was able to get legislation passed with Newt running congress.
Okay. You don't have to like foreign policy. Lots of people don't.
I can't wait to see the campaign ads. Will the include happy families in peaceful Taliban controlled Kabul? Trump absolutely screwed him by negotiating the peace and releasing the Taliban prisoners, but Biden executed as badly as possible right down to the final drone strike taking out an aid worker and his family.
