I don’t know every coach, but none of the ones I do know are coaching their own kid. Many of them are younger guys who don’t even have kids. I really doubt Valor would have a top team coach assigned to an age group where their own child plays. That is asking for a bad situation. It’s one thing if a coach’s own kid moves from a different coach’s fourth team to their own parent’s third team. It’s another if they were to move to their own parent’s top team. There’s always so much drama about who gets moved up and why. What coach would want to deal with even more of that? [/quote]

I am not advocating one way or another but my point is that it happens in select pockets. Most coaches are not coaching their own kids, but does it happen, yes. If this is an issue for you, then join a different team, but dont act live Valor is a snowflake on this matter.[/quote]
