Announcing the first team coaches weeks ago and then nothing for sure reinforces the impression that they son't care about their lower teams.
Did every other club announce all of their coaches?
Great answer! Love it when one of the big 3 (Cory, Dylan, and Paul) get on the thread.
Love how your automatic default answer for anything that isn’t critical of the club must come from an employee. Please go join another club. I’m sure you think those clubs are utopian.
Why would a parent be so angry and defensive about Valor's slow hiring? Its just a fact. Obviously a staff menber.
Funny how you think you could pinpoint the employment and emotion through my posts. Which you are 0 for 2. Keep going and demonstrate your stupidity and immaturity.
You are a parent who just angrily and voraciously defends Valor between 9am and 5 pm. Got it lol.
Once again, you can think it’s anger? It’s amusement. And I’m defending Valor? I’m opposing dumb parents. There is a difference. But I doubt you’ll ever get it. It’s beyond your comprehension level.
Ok. You are just a super chill parent stalking a Valor thread to defend the Awesomeness of Valor. Would you commit to paying Valor 3k and then waiting to see who shows up to coach in August?
To the parent who posted the clubs they are interested in actually identified coaches of lower teams, I said kudos to those teams and bid good luck and farewell to that parent. No harm no foul. To the immature parent who automatically assumed I’m an employee for simply asking whether other clubs named all their coaches, I went on to confront. The problem with so many of you here is that you think confronting the logic of a disgruntled parent is the same as defending this club. So to answer your question regarding paying $3k for the surprise coach- simple answer: maybe. I paid for my children when they first joined this club and knew nothing about the coaches. Worked out for me, but to each their own. If I had a bad experience with one of these mystery coaches, then maybe I’d feel different.
So, you already know who their coaches will be for next season.
I should be rude and just say read the thread on your own. But I’ll be polite and revisit the relevant points for you. Someone else posted that they will be leaving Valor and that three clubs they are interested in has identified coaches, including the coaches in the lower teams. So I wished them farewell and good luck. I also gave props to that club.
The question was do you, Enthusiastic Valor Parent, have kids who play for the top teams and therefore already know who their coaches next year will be?
I don’t know if I’m responding to the same person or different persons. So once again, confronting someone’s logic is not the same as defending the club. I chose Valor because I recently moved to the area and it’s very close to the home games and practice venues. Pointing out fallacies of disgruntled parents’ rants doesn’t make me an “Enthusiastic Valor Parent”. I simply asked if other clubs identify all of their coaches, because I didn’t think all of them did. One parent responded that three other clubs did so. I then acknowledged that my assumption was wrong, and I wished them well at the other club. For that, I’m accused of being an employee or an “Enthusiastic Valor Parent”. Makes me wonder why I bother to indulge in debating logic with those who are illogical. To answer your question- no, I don’t know who the coaches will be for my children. Like many other parents, I think my kids are good enough to make top team. Unlike the delusional parents, I realize they are not as good as the top players in the top team. So it is possible they don’t make it. For that reason, I don’t know who their coaches will be. That won’t make me drive longer to the next club. But again, to each their own.
