Tryouts are generally in August for the club teams.  If you've newly moved to the area, though, you can contact any of the clubs and sometimes they will sometimes add players mid-year.  Some clubs also do separate tryouts for summer.  Not sure if anyone does a full spring tryout.    [/quote]

The Lacos did not sell their facility.  They sold the Next Level lacrosse program to the Mitchells with a lease of the facility for part of the time.  The lease to the facility is actually shared between a few different groups who split time on the turf and in the weight room - The Mitchells for lax, Velma Black who runs the field hockey Prgram, the Brit sports guys for little kids soccer, and the guy who runs a training program for the Stoddert travel soccer kids out of the weight room.  The Lacos still own the building though.  Pretty smart set up for them.[/quote]
