Why wouldn’t abortion be the same?[/quote] It is still illegal in all states, but the feds don’t have the enforcement resources to do after everyone so the current enforcement policy is leave state-legal dispensaries alone. There have been prosecutions against state legal dispensaries though. Feds could change their enforcement priorities whenever they want to. [/quote]
